Returns and Replacement

Thank you for purchasing Wicommfi Product. Please read the RMA Policy to protect your rights and interests.
WicommFi warranty period is for One year from the date of purchase for new products. A proof of purchase with the date of purchase must be rendered for warranty service. Before shipping our products we test them and then deliver it to you. Return can only be made when you have proper RMA number. Warranty is for the original purchaser only and is not transferable. International customers may be subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fee. Customers are responsible for fees incurred. The maximum liability of WicommFi is equal to or no higher than the product’s purchased price. WicommFi  does not provide a refund under any condition.

Products purchased from the Wicommfi store or Wicommfi official website is eligible for the return or refund.

NOTE- No refund will be initiated for any service purchased from Wicommfi. All sales of services are final.

WicommFi branded products can be returned within first 15 days of purchase.

Returned product must be in new condition and proper packaging with the box, manual and documentation that shipped with the product. Anything missing or damaged will reject your return or refund. Wicommfi also reserves the right to reduce your refund amount in such scenario.

Wicommfi account holder can initiate the return process on our website. In account tab choose return which will guide you through return process. If your item is eligible for return, you will be provided by a return material authorization number.

Packaging and shipping of your product to Wicommfi need to be done at your own cost and risk of loss. Recommending using reputed shipping company.Wicommfi must receive your returned product at the address indicated in the return instructions within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA number.  If the product is delivered to the warehouse after 14 calendar days, NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED and the product will be returned to you at your expense.

Once we receive the item, we will send you confirmation email with receipt of your product and refund amount. Your bank may take up to 20-25 days to post the refund in your account.
