  • Change also the CTS RTS threshold and Fragmentation of the router to 2304, which is under AVANCED SETUP, select Wireless setup.
  • Update the firmware for your router if possible.
  • Position your router higher. Up on the shelf, away from other devices, which can interfere with it. Use central location.
  • Setup security for your network and give out the password sparingly.
  • Flush your DNS for updating record and name servers on PC if its internet is working slowly.
  • Use second router or extender to solve range issues.
  • Try changing channels. Most of the routers come with WiFi analyzer. Get the best channel for better performance.
  • Disconnect the power of your router and modem for 30 seconds and restart.
  • Reset the router and set up it again.
  • Always experiment; try placing your router or access point in several different promising location.
